Just being honest.I am trying to not get discouraged by the news or predictions about the Coronavirus, but I am sad for this world. I am trying to keep my faith over my fear, but it is getting the best of me.&nbsp;Living in the U.S., I am afraid what the Coronavirus will bring to my country in the next 2 weeks. Just being honest.<br /><br />I am trying to not get discouraged by the news or predictions about the Coronavirus, but I am sad for this world. I am trying to keep my faith over my fear, but it is getting the best of me.&nbsp;</span></font><br /><br /><font style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)"><span>Living in the U.S., I am afraid what the Coronavirus will bring to my country in the next 2 weeks. The President and experts are predicting a huge number of deaths here, somewhere in the range of 100,000 to 250,000. Very scary times we are living in.</span></font><br /><br /><font style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)"><span>However, when I opened my Bible this morning, this verse was in front of me:</span></font><br /><br /><strong style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)"><em>"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."&nbsp;&nbsp;</em>-&nbsp;Deuteronomy 31:8</strong><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">No matter what lies ahead, we can rest assured that the Lord Himself will go before us. For some, they will have to deal with the fallout of daily family tension from everyone cooped up together. For others, they face job loss and immense financial stress. And others will have to face loss of family members and dear ones</span><br />&#8203;<br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Through every trial we face, we can&nbsp;</span><strong style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)"><em>know</em></strong><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">&nbsp;that God walks with us.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Our job is to remain in-step with His Spirit, and not let discouragement take over.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Honestly, as Christians, what can we do to help fight this pandemic?&nbsp;I think the best thing we can do is pray. God&rsquo;s might hand is the only way I can see this pandemic coming to an end.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Pray for our loved ones.&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Pray for our health professionals.&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Pray for the world.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(32, 32, 32)">Pray for everybody.&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><span><span><strong><u>Please Join Me In This Prayer</u></strong><br /><br />Gracious God, help us slow down during this time of quarantine, and get back in-step with You. Help us to trust You to lead the way, to go before us, with us, and behind us. In the name of Your Son, we will not be afraid or discouraged.
