"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Prov. 22:6.
Children are likely to reflect what they see in adults and the words they hear during their early years. They listen, they observe, they mimic adult responses. And as they grow up others enter the sphere of influence in their lives. It is important for their spiritual growth that they have relevant worship and Christian teaching for them to reflect and hold on to. If daily devotions, prayer, and worship are important to you there is a very good chance it will be for them.
If not for you, chances are it won't be important to them. Some things seem to be slipping away in our midst...don't let it be one's relationship with Jesus and prayer.
