In this first episode of our Bible Reading and Coffee Drinking study through 1 John, we dive into chapters 1 and 2, where John challenges us to do more than simply say we know Jesus. We’re called to walk in the light, confess our sins, obey God’s commands, love one another, and resist becoming consumed by the things of this world. John reminds us that when we fail, Jesus is our advocate and forgiveness is available. But genuine faith should also begin changing the way we live. Grab your Bible and coffee, and let’s talk about what it looks like to know Jesus, walk with Him, and live out our faith every day. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES:

In this special episode of Bible Reading and Coffee Drinking, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, twenty-five years after a day that changed America forever. We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of courage, sacrifice, and kindness that followed. We’ll also look at what Scripture tells us about grief, fear, evil, and where we can turn when the world suddenly feels uncertain. Twenty-five years later, we still remember the darkness of that day, but we also remember the light that appeared in the middle of it. Grab your Bible and coffee as we remember, pray, and remind ourselves that God remains our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES:

These are always some of my favorite episodes because we get to talk through real questions from real people trying to follow Jesus in everyday life. Some of these questions were submitted ahead of time, and we may take a few live as well. We will cover faith, culture, ai, doubts, and some of the topics Christians wrestle with but do not always know how to talk about. My goal is not to give quick opinions, but to point us back to Scripture, seek wisdom, and think through these questions with both grace and truth. God is not afraid of our questions. In fact, honest questions can often lead us closer to Him when we bring them with a humble heart. So grab your Bible, pour a cup of coffee, and let’s talk through some of the questions you have been asking. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES:
