I gave my life to Jesus about 5 years. We live in Ireland. We have been to 3 churches and honestly in the 20 years more so the last 5 years I myself have not made a friend besides Jesus. However, sometimes a woman, I am 63 years old would love a Christian friend besides my husband. We are not attending church but pray, glorify Jesus and spend time in his word.

Lately this has really been heavy on my mind . I have been praying a lot on setting goals to make my alignment with God and His purpose for me. This was beautiful written . I know right now I cannot hear God speaking to me cause all the interruptions I have in my heart. So I know that in order to fulfill His will and purpose for my life , there are things I need to get rid of. I pray for strength daily. Thank you for this. I needed this today.

Currently being tested and in a very difficult life situation. But again and again I keep finding the word. All my life no matter what it finds me. God has always been with me and calls me. This time I find I'm the one looking for the word. It heals me and it gives me purpose. I'm struggling to make sure I don't get lost. So thank you. This was more of what I needed to know.

I find it fascinating that getting closer to Christ makes it easier to realize your purpose while finding compassion! My colleague wants to try all sorts of hobbies that can divert his mind from work. I should suggest that he try learning more about god and how he can help him someday.
